Wondering what the difference in the brake setup(if any) is between the Highlander and the RX300? I've been looking up parts and realized some parts come for the RX300 but not the Highlander.

I know that my 05 HL's brakes are the same as the 04 Lexus RX330, as I, after looking into this, replaced my wife's brakes (RX330) with OEM Toyo HL pads, front and rear. She now has an 09 RX350, but it hasn't needed brakes yet. As far as the RX300, you'd need to compare Lexus part numbers between your year RX300 and a 2004 RX330. That will answer your question.
